1. Service description

getwhitebg.com provides an online image utility that processes compatible uploads, removes their background, applies a clean white export, and returns PNG files. Some future features described on the site are marked as planned or private beta and are not yet generally available.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, harmful content, or content you do not have the right to process.

3. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time while we validate and improve the product.

4. File handling

In this MVP, image uploads are processed through third-party image processing providers. You are responsible for verifying that exported images meet your own marketplace, compliance, or brand requirements.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images and content you provide. We retain ownership of the website, branding, software, and related materials.

6. Payment status

The current public MVP is free during early access. If paid plans go live later, pricing and billing terms will be published on the pricing page before charges are applied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, getwhitebg.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
